Kazia Digo Jewelry specializes in Swarovski Crystals and pearls, Sterling Silver, 18k Gold Vermeil, freshwater pearls and natural gemstones.  Slight irregularities and variations in natural stones and inclusions are a characteristic of the product and should not be considered defective.

Because we believe in the quality of our jewelry, we offer a one year repair warranty on all of our pieces.  Items requiring repair after one year or repairs returned missing components will be repaired for a small fee. Shipping charges will apply. Guarantee not valid on Discontinued Sale Merchandise.

Order  Processing  &  Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours, not including custom designs. If you need an order rush delivered, please contact us directly for availability and pricing.  We ship USPS Priority mail at a standard rate of $6.95 per order (within the U.S.), unless otherwise specified by the customer.

Returns  &  Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase and must be returned with original tags attached and be in new condition.  Sale Merchandise is non-refundable, but may be returned for store credit. Product  Care

We highly recommend using Sunshine Jewelry Cleaning Products or a sterling silver polishing cloth to clean all Kazia Digo jewelry, both of which are available here. Do not use any cleaning solution containing ammonia, as it can be damaging to the crystals and metals.
